Creating a Workflow

Click Create Workflow

Provide a Name, optional Description, and Visibility

Choose a Category: General · Automation · Notifications · Publishing · Integrations · Analytics · Maintenance

Click Create — then open in the Workflow Builder
Search & Filtering
- Text search — name, description, tags
- Status — Draft / Published / Paused / Completed
- Visibility — Private / Workspace / Organization
- Category — filter by any of the 7 categories
💡 Tip: Each workflow card has a ▶ Run button for instant manual execution directly from the listing.
